Typing Awareness Indicator

hellooo, so i have an s25+ and it's the first phone i've had that shows the little dots when someone is typing. i hate it. is there any way to turn it off or do i have to get over it?

Typing indicators are a feature of RCS. In Google Messages, tap on your profile icon, go to "messages settings," then "RCS chats." There's a toggle for typing indicators there.

This may just turn off indicators when you're typing. Not sure if it turns them off for people sending you messages.

I believe its stops the typing mention or seeing typing by other person

Does say as your typing in rcs setting but think it also stops it showing up
