Sorry but the Bluetooth functionality was removed in the Spen which allowed you too use the pen as a shutter button

Samsung would prefer that you purchase an accessory rather than use the one provided in the 1300 dollar phone.

Samsung gave us that feature with the Note 9 and took it away with the S25 Ultra. I'm still on the S22 Ultra and use the S-Pen's Bluetooth features all the time. Therefore, when I do decide to upgrade, it'll be to the S24 Ultra. What I'll do after that will depend on them.

Open the Camera app and click the S Pen button to start taking a picture. can be used to toggle between the front and rear camera if you have enabled this feature in your settings. In Settings, Advanced Features S Pen S Pen Air Actions, make sure Air Actions is enabled.

I bought the phone for that feature! Salesman told me it did take photos. I AM SOOOO MAD!!!!

My husband gifted me an S25 Ultra for my birthday, with the understanding that I would trade my S22 Ultra. Realizing that the Bluetooth in the S Pen is gone and remote camera operation is no longer available means my long standing 'Note' relationship is over. This was an incredibly important feature for me. Hopefully enough users provide feedback and disappointment that Samsung brings it back. I'm not interested in screaming cheese or anything else at my phone.

Were you looking for any help or were you just venting? If you were looking for help here's a couple of items. You can enable the show Palm feature in the camera settings, or, you could purchase a remote Bluetooth shutter toggle from Amazon for less than $5 and it fits on your keychain.

Unfortunately, that feature is unlikely to be restored. I saw some reports this week about the S Pen digitizer possibly being removed in the S26 Ultra. It's all speculation at this point and we won't know anything until closer to launch, but things are not looking good for the S Pen.
