What kind of AI slop? I understand you can turn off any AI features you don't want to use. If you are getting requests for permissions, it's because the app you are trying to use requires those permissions, and you either denied those permissions originally, or it's the first time you are using an app. If you don't use, or don't intend to use, voice input/text to speech, disable it as @CEParsons showed you.

Anyone who bought an S series phone would have/should have known that they were getting AI features with the phone. If you didn't want those features, you should have bought an A series or another brand, although I believe all brands are including AI now on their higher end phones. A little pre-purchase research goes a long way in consumer satisfaction.
