An official schedule for One UI 8.5 hasn't been announced, but based on Samsung's typical release cycle, a rollout for the next generation of foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected in the first half of next year 2026

Patience padawans, it'll be here when it gets here. I don't understand this mindset. Use, explore and enjoy One UI8 as it has only been officially released within the last few days and people are already clamoring for the next iteration. You have to understand, most Samsung users have yet to get the stable version as it is still rolling out.

Why did they release One UI 8.5 to the S25 Ultra phones when they haven't finished releasing One UI 8?

It is just now in developer testing. If there is a beta, it will probably start late this year or sometime early next year and the full stable release is several months away yet. This is the typical normal update cycle.

There will be no Beta for Ui 8.5. It will be the OS out of the box for the S26 series. Coming in later months to other devices.

They "HAVE NOT" released Ui 8.5 to anyone yet. It is only for developers as of now. Anything you are reading and seeing is unauthorized because the software somehow got leaked.

Ui 8.5 will be on S26 series phones out of the box when they get released in Quarter 1 of 2026.

They will, you have to have an UNLOCKED PHONED purchased from Samsung or a Tmobile phone. Betas on non current line ups are only phones that end in U1

There will be no 5 Beta, never was one when it was .1 or fold series .1.1.
