On the S25 Ultra, open Smart Switch and choose Receive data → Galaxy/Android → Cable. Connect the Note9 to the S25 Ultra using the USB‑C cable and the small USB‑C adapter (OTG) that came in the S25 Ultra box.<BR /><BR />On the Note9, open Smart Switch, choose Send data → Cable, and follow the prompts to select what you want to copy.<BR /><BR />This avoids the QR code completely and should let you copy everything from the Note9 to the S25 Ultra.
