Does anyone know how to redeem this offer from the Samsung store? I've downloaded the app, registered but the offer does not kick in.

Once the LLM is open, then connect it to a Google account. It HAS TO be downloaded form the Galaxy Store but it uses a Google (or Apple) login but not a Samsung Login (kinda odd huh?). Uninstall the app, then reinstall it for the Galaxy Store, then logon to it using the Google login.

I'm having the same issues I got an email and response from perplexity Sam it perplexed I guess he said that it expired on 12/24 20 25
Nowhere in the Galaxy store does it list an expiration date and if so why is it being advertised

Thank you for letting me know. I downloaded it within the right time frame. Unfortunately, I could never get or find the offer code for it. I guess I'll just uninstall it. Thank you for the info though, I appreciate it.

If you are referring to the perplexity app. I actually got some additional help outside of the members app, and was actually able to recover the free offer I thought I'd lost. Turned out I had it the whole time, I just wasn't logged into it. If you would like I can send you the support link that I was given.
