&lt;P&gt;We understand your frustration with finding a book you want to buy only to not be able to buy it because the phone is not connecting to the network, even though the signal strength icon says otherwise. We definitely want to help so you can buy the book you want using your phone's app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here are some things you can check:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wi-fi or Cellular Network Connection?&amp;nbsp; If you've not already tried the other option, please do so.&amp;nbsp; You can also try a different internet source such as a different wi-fi network or a friend's hotspot.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try a different app - maybe the app in question is temporarily down.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try loading the phone in safe mode to see if the phone connects to the internet&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear the Cache&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check for any software updates and update the phone if needed&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
