    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Posting this for visibility and to see if others are experiencing the same issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I redeemed the 12-month Perplexity Pro offer through the Galaxy Store on an eligible Samsung device in the United States, as required by the promotion.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The subscription activated successfully with no issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After activation, the subscription was canceled by Perplexity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I contacted support.
