Now Brief not showing up in lock screen

I have my now brief on and it's not showing up on my lock screen. I even tried turning it off and on but it's still not showing on my lock screen

Good morningg, Diegoggg!

Give these steps a try:

Make sure that Now Bar has been enabled by going to settings > lock screen and AOD > toggle on Now Bar

If Now Bar is enabled then please check the content settings.

Inside the Now bar menu > tap view more > ensure that all categories you are interested in are enabled. Also, please be aware that the Now bar will not show if there is no pending information.

If the Now Brief is still not working correctly, you can try to reset the app's functionality by disabling "Personal data intelligence" under the phone's security settings. Leave the feature off while turning the restarting the phone. Once it has powered back on the turn the Personal data intelligence back on.

Please ensure that your phone is updated to the latest software, as the feature requires updated AOD functionality.

Same it only shows up on the home screen instead of the lock screen.
