Calls not coming through when DND should not be active

I have the Do Not Disturb set for 11pm through 7am. However, no calls are coming through at all. This was not a problem before. How do I fix this?

@userisQ3iy3Dw8 If I understand correctly, you aren't receiving calls during the time outside the DND window? Have you verified that DND is off during that other time period?

Doesn't DND turn off outside the window? Do I need to shut it off then turn it back on?

It should, but if something is wrong or configured incorrectly it might not. Best to check if it is still enabled when it shouldn't be.

That first toggle is forcing DND on regardless of your schedule. Turn that first toggle off and only leave the schedule enabled.

I was going to tell you to check the icon in the Quick Panel, but your screenshot shows that it is definitely ON.

So even if I turn the toggle off, DND will still function, correct?

Yes, because of the schedule being enabled.

In settings under and you should be able to edit the type of calls and messages you get while and is active
