I have an eSIM in my phone assigned to IMEI2. The pSIM slot assigned to IMEI1 is empty.

If you can switch from pSIM to eSIM, have an eSIM set up for IMEI2 and see if that works.🤞

AT&T keeps suspending my account cause they say my S25 Ultra is blocked however if I use IMEI2 it does not show up ad blocked so what do I do? How do I switch IMEI2 to primary and keep my AT&T Sim card in it so that I can continue to use that account.

Added: The phone is not stolen or lost and im the only owner...it was used on consumer cellular b4 but they have released it however AT&T is saying its being reported stolen so idk what to do...I thought maybe if I used my IMEI2 as the primary for my SIM then maybe it wont happen again...ad it is I have to contact AT&T every morning to ask them to please restore my service...please help!!! If the phone was stolen or whatever wouldn't it be locked up by that carrier or whatever...its not considering im using it at the moment!

You can easily check to see if your IMEI has been blacklisted. Here's the tool from Swappa:
https://swappa.com/imei

Have you checked with Consumer Cellular to make sure they didn't inadvertently blacklist it?

According to swappa IMEI 1 has been but IMEI 2 has not.....can i just use IMEI 2 for the primary so its not on the list and not blocked

I don't think you can do that. Even though your device has dual-SIM capability, it will always assign a single SIM (whether physical or eSIM) to IMEI 1. It will only use IMEI 2 if there is a second SIM present.

I suggest you contact Consumer Cellular to figure out why your IMEI has been blacklisted.

Looks like you need to change your carrier!☹️

Have you tried doing it from your account on the web page or phone app? I am on a Verizon MVNO and I can change between pSIM and eSIM on the app/web page without having to call or chat. If your account allows, change to eSIM and use IMEI2 and see if it works.

Hoping it works out for you soon. Must be really frustrating.

When you log in to your account on the web/app are the changes available but greyed out or disabled? If so, check if there is any kind of enhanced security setting which prevents changing SIMs, porting, etc. If there is, toggle it off and see if it allows you to make changes.

If not, as @meself and @Mujibar suggested, you will have to contact Consumer Cellular and have them undo the blacklisting of the phone.
