Contacts missing in Samsung Cloud Sync

It is there on my tablet but not on my phone. Such a mess. And sync does not work with Galaxy Book Phone App

Is the contacts app synched with the Samsung account? Open the contacts app, three dots, settings, then synch contacts accounts and make sure one is toggled on.

Ok, then try this; open contacts/three dots/settings then default storage location. If it's on the Samsung account, move it to the phone. Also, make a back up of it, remember where it's stored just in case.

Now backup the phone going to settings/accounts and backup, then under Samsung cloud, choose back up data select everything & backup. Then go back, & restore the same backup, restart the device see what happens.
