S25 Ultra freezing completely when trying to use camera

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange issue with my new S25 Ultra (fully updated). Every single time I try to use its camera, no matter if the Camera app or through another app (found out the issue after trying to use it within whatsapp), the phone starts heating a lot, and completely freezes, I can't even reboot it with pwr + vol down.

Tried using Members health check, and it froze when testing camera.

It happened first time yesterday, I had to wait for it to completely discharge before being able to use it, and as a bonus, my eSIM got corrupted after that (couldn't remove it even with a factory reset, keeps saying could con connect to chip).

Suggestions?

No. It eventually shuts itself down, after getting very, very hot, and draining a lot of the battery.

Also I reccomend to stop using the phone, if the phone gets too hot it might get permanently bricked because the phone shuts down necessary things for it to reboot like the battery, so you won't be able to turn on the phone and you would have to buy one. If you have Samsung care ( i think that's the name ) or you still have warranty i guess it could get repaired.

It wasn't the solution I expected (thought they would exchange the phone and refurbish mine to resell it), but they are working within brazilian law terms, anyway - since warranty gives them the right to repair.
