System sound volume always super loud with galaxy buds

So I just upgraded to the s25 ultra and for some reason no matter what I have my system sound volume at when I use my Galaxy buds 3 pro sounds like typing always sound like they're max volume no matter what never had this issue on my s23 ultra and unsure what to do

Side note just discovered the only volume that actually changes is media volume, system sound assistant notifications and ringtone all stay maxed out despite having them as low as possible
