Touch accessibility issues during charging

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for the past two months. Since the day I purchased the device, I have been experiencing touch responsiveness issues specifically when the phone is charging.

During charging, the screen becomes difficult to use — I am often unable to unlock the device using the pattern, type messages properly, or open folders without multiple attempts. This issue has been consistent since the beginning.

I would also like to highlight that I am using the original Samsung charger provided with the device for charging purposes.

I would like to understand whether this is a known defect with the device itself or if it is related to any external factors. Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Has this type of problem been reported by other Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra users? This has become a highly frustrating experience while using the device.

Yes, you are correct and bought it adapter from Samsung site

Not sure, can you do a screen recording? It persists on any charger I'm assuming?
