topic Phone Restarted into Safe Mode for no reason and deleted widgets on restart in Galaxy S25

My S25 Ultra was just on my table and then, with no warning, suddenly rebooted into Safe Mode. On boot, all my widgets were gone. Once I restarted into regular mode, the widgets remained missing and even taking the phone off of airplane mode multiple times didn't resolve my "Emergency Calls Only" signal issues. I had to restart the phone a third time before I was able to get calls and texts again and access the internet with data. However, my widgets remained gone and I had to manually add them back.

Not sure why this happened. I did a diagnostic test on the device (using in-Settings diagnostics) and everything came out fine.
