That's right, I have a Smasung S25. How is it possible that it is spelled incorrectly in the core system files?!?

This phone is plagued with issues. AI says it's at the root level and that's why 20+ factory resets and new accounts have not fixed the issue.

Yah, I know it says A15, and that part is correct I just snapped a Pic of my activity page on my other phone which is an A15, I have 2 phones. I don't have a screen shot to show up from this phone the S25 because I won't log into my Google anymore. So many issues with this pho e. .ore than 20 factory resets. Ought it new at ATT

And it doesn't get verification codes and isn't recognized by its own software so always require verification code anytime I hit a link

Location i have always kept off except for weather app or if required might be reasonable if it shows wrong location at a loss on why samsung is misspelled think first time ever seen it are you other settings and apps all working

It is misspelled because that is a counterfeit - hence the many issues. The Samsung interface does not look like that. Show the screenshot fom the about phone section. Where did you get the phone?

What app or setting were you using on that information screen. Typos happen, and it could be a typo in that setting you were using, not embedded in the phone code. If you tell me what setting you were in, I will look and see if I have the same typo. If it's in the root core, there's nothing you can do to change it. You just have to accept that it's there. Is that the only place you find the misspelling? It does not affect the operation of your phone in any way. We can go through your other issues if you'd like.

The phone spent the day with an authorized repair shop, they tried to flash the binary twice even though the serial was a mismatch. The phone is full of problems, too many to list. It's now in the mail on its way back to Samsung. So far, it's a mystery. Possible defective board idk that's what the shop said.
