Do you have lock screen notifications toggled on in wirh the style you want (cards, dots, icons) the notification settings? Also, in the individual app notification settings is the option to show or not show on the lock screen.

One is the notification popup style, how the notification will first show when it comes in. All notifications will appear in the notification panel, regardless of whether and how it's set for the lock screen. I believe the notifications are teatricted to three, same as for the status bar. So if you have more tha three, only the first three will show. If you want, you can download Good Lock's noti star module and have the notifications all show on the lock screen. They will not show nakedly, there's a handle you have to activate, but you will not have to unlock your phone to read them - only if you want to dismiss or interact with them.

I think I solved it I had to go to settings>notification>
advanced settings>notification history then long press icon apps then enable show pop up & enable alert
