I having the same issue, looks like samsung will not be paying off your remaining balance. When upgrading to the S26U a $900 credit was applied when you turned in your S25U. So basically you only pay for half of the S26U and you are stuck paying off the remaining balance of the S25U. Good Ole bait and switch, which sucks because everything on the new galaxy club says Samsung will pay off the remaining balance.

has anyone who financed the s25 ultra, and grabbed the new galaxy club promotion that was alongside it, gotten their debt forgiven or paid off?

I had purchased the s25u under affirm, but with the NGC, I remember seeing that if you subscribe to the 8.33$ per/month that when you choose to upgrade to the newest galaxy and still owe if you financed it that Samsung would pay it off or consolidate it to the new galaxy. that being said I traded my s25u for the s26u followed all the instructions for trading in under the NGC, it said my phone was eligible for a trade in.

but I had received an email last week saying that my NGC membership was cancelled. I'm wondering why that is, I know I should probably call support, and I will, but I figured I'd ask if anyone else has fallen for a possible scam?
