So I'm running in S25 ultra.
I was having an issue with my bud 3 pros. If I only had one earbud in no one could hear me. And also, if I exited the phone app and did anything else while on the phone everything cut out. I thought it was an issue with my buds so I swapped to a new pair of bud 4 pros. Well, the issue persists. And I can't find any setting whatsoever that I may have accidentally flipped that doesn't allow phone calls on only one bud.. hopefully y'all has some ideas....

Did you go into the Wear app and check there? I am asking just in case since that's where I check all my buds settings.

Hello MaddawgEDC, I understand your concerns regarding your issue with your Buds not allowing you to use only one while on a call. Are you using any noise cancellation setting? In addition, be sure that the Bud you want to use is in your ear while the other is in the case.

Do the buds fit snugly in your ear? If they are not in all the way it may not register that it's in your ear.
