Tap the toggle off then back on again for both "suggest emojis" &"suggest stickers" options in settings. Hope this may help.

I agree with, MrGhoul. I would try to turn the feature off and then back on again. If that does not work, I would suggest resetting the keyboard, then turning the feature back on again. You can reset the keyboard by following these steps, Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings, then select Reset to default settings and select reset keyboard settings.
