      <description>Posting this as both an affected user and an IT Support Specialist. If you're on an S25 Ultra and your Microsoft apps started failing after the April 2026 security patch, you're not alone and it's not your setup.&lt;DIV&gt;Symptoms I'm seeing:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Teams loses presence indicators, messages hang unsent&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Authenticator stops firing push notifications&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;OneDrive folder operations fail&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Outlook, ToDo, Excel also affected intermittently&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Reboot temporarily restores function but the window is shrinking&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;What I've already tried, none of which holds:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Force close and relaunch&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Clear cache and data&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Uninstall and reinstall from Play Store&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Re-sign in to all accounts&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Updated Google Play Services&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Diagnostic signal Samsung engineering should care about:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Installing the same Microsoft apps inside Secure Folder restores normal function. That narrows the problem to the main user profile's handling of something these apps depend on, and Knox container isolation bypasses it. My read: token exchange, account sync, or a background service regression introduced by the April SMR.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Cross-device comparison also isolates it cleanly. S26 Ultra and Z Flip 6 users on equivalent firmware are not reporting this. It's specific to the S25 Ultra April 2026 build.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;What I've done so far:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Filed a Samsung Members error report with logs&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Contacted Samsung tech support via text (currently in progress)&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Contacted Microsoft support, who is pointing back at Samsung as the source&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;What I'm asking Samsung for:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Public acknowledgment that this regression exists&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Estimated fix timeline - is it rolling into the May 2026 SMR or is a hotfix planned&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Guidance on whether One UI 8.5 stable release will include the fix&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Device info:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938U1, US unlocked)&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;One UI 8.0, Android 16&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Build: BP2A.250605.031.A3.S938U1UES9BZBH&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Service: T-Mobile&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If you're experiencing this, please reply with your device model, firmware build, and carrier. The more of us on record, the harder Samsung has to prioritize the fix. This is a work-critical issue for a lot of people, and the current silence from Samsung is not acceptable for a flagship still well inside its support window.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P style="font-size: 14px; color: #333d42; background-color: #fafafa;"&gt;I have an s25 ultra and after the April 2026 security patch MS Teams and MS authenticator will work fine and then all the sudden they stop. I can open teams but everyone's status goes away and if I IM someone it just sits there sending. Also when that happens I stop getting notifications from MS authenticator. Sometimes I can't even get into the authenticator app. So far the only way I have found to temporarily fix it is to reboot the phone. That is getting annoying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 14px; color: #333d42; background-color: #fafafa;"&gt;I tried the common force close, delete cache and even delete data. Uninstall the app and reinstall. Nothing works but a reboot. Started happening for me right after the April 2026 security update to my S25 ultra on Verizon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly, I'm having this problem as well. It's making work rather difficult as we use authenticator and power apps for a lot of our day to day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Really home MS and Samsung fix this bug sooner than later and not ignore it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Was able to access authenticator by enabling secure folder. Haven't played around with the rest of the apps yet, however.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;S24U here. April Security update still not released and same issue with M365 apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems unrelated with the security update. It should be something else. I also tried restarting and reinstalling and it works once or twice and then stop working again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is workprofile and secured folder works&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm using s26 ultra, i am facing the same issue,&lt;BR /&gt;If i send a message , it is unsent.&lt;BR /&gt;Joining meeting is not happening.&lt;BR /&gt;Attending calls is not happening.&lt;BR /&gt;Receiving notifications but not all the time, not sure how i am getting notifications occasionally, can't predict the pattern.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restart, uninstall and reinstall also doesn't help connecting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pls let me know if you have any solution.</description>
