Knox Matrix is draining the battery and overheating the phone. Impossible to work that way. I hope that Samsung publicado an update soon to fix this. I'm concerned that the battery can start expanding or leaking because it is to hot and i need to keep the phone charging to go thru my work shift. Really bad situation...

What is going on?? Samsung galaxy s25 ultra is not holding charge and extreme overheating?! This Knox Matrix is running in the background at an alarming rate and using battery. How do we fix this?

Sounds like planned obsolescence. They're getting sued again for the S22. Every update shortens the life span of these pricey worthless devices and they wait until right around the almost 2 yr mark to do it and then tell you that you're out of warranty even if you had Samsung Care Plus with theft and loss paid up in full they always find a way to escape accountability I am so sick of this product they started by making crappy connectors in the old phones back around 2013 that would just plain wear out but at least the batteries came out and we could do something about it if we had half a brain now they're attacking cameras messages all kinds of stuff it's only a matter of time before they turn the table on us this phone is overpriced garbage customer service and as much gas lighting as you can handle so not worth it

Last day I updated my phone to Security patch April 5 2026. My phone, which used to charge to 30-40% in 30 minutes using its own cable, now only charges to 5-10% in the same amount of time. This happened after the update. Please help me. Despite the "fast charging" claim, the battery life has increased significantly. However, the battery drains 4-5 times faster than normal.

This new update is making my S24 Ultra overheat like crazy, and the battery is draining really fast.

I got home and plugged it in to charge, and it went from 100% to 87% in less than two hours. This is a big problem for me since my job depends on my phone.

My battery drains much faster. I experience a 15% charge drop in about 30 minutes.

Since I charged my S22ULTRA, it has 85% and my S24ULTRA has been charged It currently has 68% in less than half an hour and lost 32% of its battery life.

I'm talking to them on Twitter X and they don't want to admit the error comes to say that if I use the background that if Wifi blah blah that's not it. understand that it's your fault with the New Update they're sure to fix this now!!

I charged my phone again and it was already 100% eaten in an hour - 62% before this update garbage had 90% - 85% for more than two hours
