s25 ultra Samsung music player will not play music transferred from my Note 9

the music in my note 9 plays perfectly but when transferred to the s25 ultra some songs do not play. I've talked to Samsung tech support and they spent an hour trying to re-download the music and get it to work properly but to no avail after many attempts.

I need a solution otherwise a lot of my music library will not play on my new phone

@Andycat109The one suggestion I have for now to see if they are good files is to go to the Google Play Store, download the "VLC" player. Open it then search for those specific music files. If the player plays them then it is an issue with older no longer recognized file types or a DRM issue. If the player does not play them, they are more likely corrupt and then those music files will need to be downloaded again as newer up to date file types.

If you have a computer move some to your computer to attempt to play them through media player.
