It is especially difficult remotely. You have to ask questions and get responses from the person experiencing the issue. Much of the time, the simple actions cure issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A lot of posters say things like "I've done everything" but when you walk them through the process they discover things that they haven't done and often it provides a solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Copping an attitude isn't helpful when someone is trying to help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
