Wireless Charging not working on Audi Q6 etron

I have had my phone for 11 days, but it seems that it doesn't work with my brand-new Audi Q6 e-tron wireless charger.

Is there a way to test if my phone has a fault?

All other phones charge in the car except for my S25 Ultra.

You can run the diagnostic tests in the support tab on the bottom of the members app and that will test the wireless charging in the phone.

You can also check to see if the phone will wireless charge on a normal wireless charger to test it.

What kind of case do you have on the phone? I wonder if that is negatively affecting its ability to charge.

I was given minuteone case which is clear case and a bit thick from EE

So tired without case and yet not charging. My wife iPhone 16 max charges without any issues

Here my steps to check.

Wireless charging work but not in car.

Tried without case

Car is recognising the wireless charge it cert position. Try to charge and then disconnects.

All other phones work. I ask a friend to come around with s24 ultra and see if it charges.

So phone or charge pad fault? Anyone from Samsung on here?

So I have spoken to Audi and they said the phone is compatible with the charger. Think this might point to the phone or software issue.

Same problem here -- S23 Ultra works fine on my Q6, S25 Ultra not working.

I am having the same issue with my Q6 - my S24 Ultra works fine, but the S25 Ultra doesn't. Get a message from the Audi interface that says "charging failed" and even suggests that there may be a "foreign object" in the charger. So it must be some strange compatibility issue.

It great to hear @Astronaut @jasonwoodmansee that you are experiencing the same issue as me. (Me not going mad, not happy that you are having this issue)

I spoke to Audi and they said it should be working.
My son has the Audi A5 coupe and he has a wireless charging pad, it say the there a "foreign object in the cradle".

So this is a phone software or hardware issue.

Samsung support made me do a hard reset and that didn't resolve it.

Who at Samsung can we raise this to?

Only other thing would be we are all on Android 15 S25 ultra and the other on Android 14 I assume

So, it worked this morning. I didn't update anything on my phone or do a reset or a restart - it just worked. Really scratching my head here.

I cannot get my S25 to work with the Q6 digital key. My S22 works just fine. Running the compatibility test in the Audi app the S22 is compatible, the S25 not so. I reinstalled the Samsung Wallet and Audi apps. Did not resolve it. Anyone else has this issue?

Does your wireless charger work @Jablan . For the digital key contact audi. Check your car software version
