    <description>&lt;P&gt;After I wrote that I realized that it actually could be useful for vision or hearing-impaired people as well.&amp;nbsp; I have a fairly large size HD TV, and I sometimes feel that I don't see the screen clearly enough from the distance I sit at.&amp;nbsp; Casting it to my phone and turning the phone volume off may make it easier to see the smaller details. Likewise, casting the phone and turning the volume off on the TV and using the phone's volume control or headphones, one who has difficulty hearing the lower voices on some programs would be able to make out what's being said without captions and avoid annoying the neighbors or sleeping children.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
