There is limited functionality with AirTags on Android. There are other Bluetooth trackers specifically made to work on Android. See here for more information:

You can't!

They only work on Apple's Find My Network.

You can get the Samsung Smart Tag instead

Sadly, you can't, but you can buy the Samsung Smart Tags, which are actually pretty awesome. They have a built-in button you can program to do many things, such as turn on lights, unlock a door, or simply perform another task.
