Samsung apps.

I hate every app that came with this phone and every Samsung phone prior to it I want to get them off the phone all I want is an Android I don't care if it's a Samsung but I don't want their product on the phone if I own the phone I don't want their apps.

Sorry, but some Samsung apps can't be uninstalled since they are built into the device. Also, I'm wondering why you would pick a Samsung Phone if you don't want to use Samsung apps. It would have been best to get a Pixel if you wanted pure Android.

I would love an answer to this question as well. Especially since my "discontinued " Samsung Browser broke into Samsung Pass from my keyboard and either took or tried to take a lot of private information. Sounds crazy, I know!!! But I happened to notice some abnormal icon colors light up in my banner area while my phone was on stand6

Samsung makes a great phone you just make bad apps. They're bloated they slow the phone down just give me a regular Android with a Samsung. We don't need all your extra everything trust me your security updates are no better than what Google's going to give me

Settings > Apps > Desired app > uninstall/disable

If the app cannot be uninstalled/disabled due to being set as a default or status as a system app:

Pinch from home > Home screen settings > hide apps on home screen > hide the apps you do not want to see/use

This is as close as you can get to what you're asking for on One UI.

If you want a home screen experience closer to stock, Lawnchair is a solid launcher option

Thank you. In general I just want rid of anything Samsung related on the phone. Even my system maps could go I'd be happy

I recommend considering a pure Android device, such as a Pixel. I am curious as to why you would opt for a Samsung phone if your preference is for a pure Android experience. Do you typically make significant financial decisions without conducting prior research?

Believe me I know about all my makes and models of phones. From Google to Motorola even Samsung Apple I'm not too familiar with. I'm sharing the phone. I have a Motorola edge that I love. I just don't understand why Samsung can't make a phone the same way they do a computer. I don't need all the Samsung apps on the Samsung alpha flex. They're actually useless on a computer unless it's paired with the phone

If you have a Samsung phone, you get Samsung apps. Period. If you do not want to use Samsung apps, then don't. You are not forced to. You can download any apps you need from the Play store and just ignore or hide any Samsung apps. Or, go buy a Pixel, or any other Android brand.

My big problem is with the Samsung account just to use my phone. I haven't had access to the account in years and it won't allow me to update my number.

You have a Samsung phone, you have to have a Samsung account. If you have no access to your old Samsung account, you would have to create a new one.

Ooo, or trap them together in an elevator for hours. It could be a new reality TV show. The next week, we throw in an iPhone user.

Then you must have known that Samsung's One UI is hard baked over Android in their phones.
