Agree! I was paranoid, so I searched up online how to trade in the phone, and the instructions were to make sure to record a video. I was also able to talk to Samsung's live customer chat support at around 8 pm at night, they were really fast at updating me about whether they received my phone. To OP or anyone who has the same anxieties, I would recommend asking the customer service instead of waiting for the email since it's faster that way by just sending them the tracking number.

So I sent my galaxy 22 in very good conditions for trade to get the galaxy 26, now they sent me an email saying my Samsung 22 doesn't fill all the requirements for trade in, and they sent me pictures that doesn't show any damage, they are going to charge the full price for the 26, I really want my 22 back, and I'll send back the 26, because doesn't fill MY expectations,

When trading in a phone I always recommend filming the entire process from looking at the phone to putting it in the box and dropping it off at the carrier. As for getting your phone back I would reach out to Samsung directly to see if they're able to do that. Good luck!

As @GregglesTV mentioned, it's always a good idea to take pictures and videos of your old device, showing it turning on and off, the back and front, and also pictures of the device being packed up for the trade-in. I recommend you reach out again to Samsung support and ask them to send you a video of the damage along with new pictures of your old device. They can also assist you with getting your old device or a possible manual trade-in.
