Create a "buds mode" so if you are listening to music through ear buds, you can set the volume for notifications to off and the volume for your BT media at the level you want. You can even automate the mode (or routine) to start when the ear buds are connected.

On my new S26, when I am listening to any kind of audio (podcast, songs, etc), and I get a notification, the sound will decrease for a couple seconds when I get the notification. I have tried to change several settings but I can't get this fixed.

Any solutions to this? My S23 didn't do this.

Thanks

Why would you think that's not normal behavior? It does that so you don't think the notification tone is part of your music. When you are listening to any audio, when a notification with a sound comes in, the volume on your audio will automatically decrease. It's the same when Android Auto lowers your music when the voice guide comes on, and connecting your phone to your car's BT will lower your music when a call comes in.

Open Samsung's Good Lock.

Click on the Sound Assistant.

Click on Multi sound and enable it.

What worked for me while playing music via Bluetooth at events was placing the phone on silent and you get no notification deductions.

I don't like to keep on silent either but it works for me. Obviously if you're looking at the phone the notifications will still come through as a pop up but music, podcast, etc won't be muted!
