      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been a deeply loyal Samsung customer and built my entire tech ecosystem around the brand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over time, I purchased: • Galaxy S23 Ultra&lt;BR /&gt;• Galaxy S24 Ultra&lt;BR /&gt;• Galaxy S25 Ultra (512GB)&lt;BR /&gt;• Galaxy Watch 5 Pro → Watch 8 Classic&lt;BR /&gt;• Galaxy Buds 2 Pro → 2× Galaxy Buds 3 Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently, I &lt;STRONG&gt;pre-booked the Galaxy S26 Ultra (256GB, Unlocked)&lt;/STRONG&gt; during the limited-time preorder period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That preorder included: • Special launch price&lt;BR /&gt;• Enhanced trade-in bonus value&lt;BR /&gt;• Exclusive preorder benefits&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I accidentally canceled the order — an honest mistake. I contacted support immediately and was directed to the e-commerce team with assurance they could help reinitiate the preorder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite acting quickly and following the process, my request to reinstate the preorder or honor the same promotional benefits was declined. The preorder window closed, the bonus trade-in value dropped, and I was left paying significantly more for the exact same device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What hurts isn’t just the money — it’s the experience.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Same to me I have more than 15 Samsung items. from Phones to TV's and Blu-ray....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung fail me and today again with the free double storage promotion Samsung keep cancelling the 2 orders that I placed for my cousins. I spent 3hours chatting wit them without any resolution. Very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If it cannot be resolved my suggestion would be to forgo getting the S26U at all. Or do it today at Best Buy (last day possible IIRC). Can get a possible better trade in deal than $900, plus double storage to 512GB for $1299.</description>
