I pre-ordered my phone on Feb 26th, was told it would arrive today, it still has not shipped. I called Samsung and the 2 people I spoke with didn't know what was going on. One said it already shipped and I should get it on Friday. The 2nd person said there was heavy traffic and I should get it Friday. Then what was the purpose of pre-ordering it?? My son got his yesterday through t mobile. I just checked and it's still says it hasn't shipped to says it's impro, this is getting ridiculous , and i'm very disappointed.

I'm surprised, the opposite happened for me. I just pre-ordered on Saturday, told me it would arrive the 27th, and I'm now typing this on my s26 ultra.

Did you buy chance order white? I'm my city, the att store told me that white is waaaayyy backordered.

No, I bought the silver one. I was told today that the label has been created a few days ago but noone knows why it hasn't shipped.
