I don't have any of the icon or live weather abilities when I go to my lock screen I had it on my s25 ultra not the s26

I am still on One UI 8 and it may different on the S26 but are you not able to long press on your lock screen, then long press on any widget (clock should still be there) and be able to add the weather widget and the shortcuts? Hope it still works that way.

I tried it still the same thing the icons that supposed to be there aren't

For weather;
Settings.
Wallpaper and style.
Click on the image of your lock screen.
Click on the upper left-hand part of the lock screen with the picture icon.
Under "Create with AI" there is an option for weather.

Thanks! It is not working that way on One UI 8.0. Will remember the change once my phone updates to One UI 8.5.
