Design:
The return to rounded corners by Samsung is a design choice that I find particularly appealing, as it enhances the device's premium aesthetic and feels comfortable to hold. I've always been big a fan of this design element in previous models, such as the Galaxy S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra, & I'm happy to see Samsung bringing it back!!

Color:
Samsung did an amazing job on color choices this year. All colors stands out and I had a hard time choosing between the colors at first but ended up with getting white! Galaxy S26 Series color options are Cobalt Purple, Sky Blue, White, Black & 2 exclusive colors Silver Shadow & Pink Gold which is available on their website or Samsung Experience Stores!

Security/Display:
Samsung has always been consistently leading the charge in mobile security & display, but with the new Galaxy S26 Ultra they’ve reached a new milestone. As the first to integrate a professional-grade Privacy Display directly into the hardware, Samsung took it even further & can now protect both our data & personal space! The freedom & flexibility to selectively apply this feature is what makes it stand out all while still having the best display!

Battery:
Galaxy S26 Ultra equipped with a large 5000 MaH battery & a larger Vapor Chamber has made this phone battery stand out. Larger Vapor Chamber = better heat management. Less Heat = better cooling. Better cooling = longer battery & better for gaming!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. As much as I'm also enjoying my S26U, I beg to differ on one point. 5000 mAh is no longer considered a large battery. Maybe by Li-ion & regulatory standards, but certainly not in general. Samsung needs to improve this feature in subsequent releases, whether they actually utilize SiC batteries or adopt another technology. Retaining the same battery capacity in flagship devices for 7 release years is unacceptable.

They will be moving to Solid State batteries SOON!

Solid State batteries will not incur the fees for dangerous goods transportation due to it having a Solid lithium anode.

Yeah sorry to hear that. It's really rare for stuff like this to happen. I ordered samsung phones my whole life every year and never had issues. But hey on the bright side there's a reason why warranty exist in products or an exchange within purchase period !! Hope you get your device soon so you can use it !
