Is your phone over heating when charging ? I got so scared that I turned off the fast charge feature on the setting but it's this normal? It even turned off and had a warning ⚠️ sign and then when I turned it back on it had this like in the picture

I have not experienced that while charging. It is not normal. Were you using your device while it was charging? Was it placed on any surface that would insulate it, like a pillow?

Hmmm. Multiple reasons could cause this. Charging the phone with a pillow on top, that happened to my 25 ultra one time. It didn't do all that you have shown, but it got hotter than usual. Second: it can be certain cases that could be causing it, the outlets that have it plugged up as well. Like a six plug or a 3 way extension cord. Certain phone apps for me tiktok and youtube when im uploading content. Third: maybe and i hope not it may be the phone battery, but i honestly doubt it if the phone is new. I wouldn't ruled that out but if it does that often it could be that. I think it could be everything else i said except that. Oh also it could your charger cords and adapters that can cause that problem to.

I'm not sure why your device is overheating from fast charging. Please make sure that you aren't using a damaged power brick or cable. 🔌⚡ Also, QI2 wireless charging does generate heat during charging, but not enough to trigger a battery warning message. 🔋🔥 If the problem persists, please contact Samsung Support directly to get more detailed troubleshooting. 👩‍💻📞
