Does anybody else have problems when they attach a photo from fb messenger or other apps and the pictures when attaching are out of place or show duplicates, as in they aren't in sync with what's on the gallery app

Thanks for sharing this concern with us, BigBoyyy. I can see how frustrating this must be, but this is usually related to how different apps and cloud services interact on your device. I know personally when I save an image from Twitter or Google, I would get the image, and it would also be saved in my Gallery and in a folder. Facebook typically saves downloads to a specific "Facebook" folder. If your cloud settings are configured to watch both your "Downloads" and "Facebook" folders, it can lead to the same image being uploaded twice. I would recommend checking the sync settings on the app and clearing the cache for it.

Adjust Cloud Sync Settings

To stop duplicates from happening in the future, ensure your apps aren't fighting over the same folders:
Google Photos: Open the app > Profile Icon > Photos settings > Backup > Back up device folders. Uncheck folders like "Facebook" or "Messenger" if you only want your main Camera roll backed up.
Samsung Gallery: If you are using OneDrive, go to Gallery Settings > Sync with OneDrive > Albums to sync and ensure you haven't selected overlapping

Clear Facebook app cache

Go to Settings > Apps > Facebook > Storage.
Tap Clear Cache and then Force Stop the app. This often resets the connection and fixes syncing errors
