topic All audio skipping in Galaxy S26

Took a few days to notice but all audio is skipping, on calls, over Bluetooth, over speaker setting playing videos and music. There is obviously something wrong with these phones. After initially thinking it was the Buds4, realized it was the phone once I couldn't get it to pair with my old Buds3, either. Took a couple of hours of trying online support and then making calls to get the bluetooth to work, only for me to now realize this issue. After years of being loyal to Samsung, I'm very annoyed with the commentary by support that somehow the explanation is due to third party app issues or there is an easy fix by resetting this or that...Samsung needs to figure this out and issue an update pronto!

Welcome to the Samsung Community Janedoe484, Oh No! I know this is such an inconvenience. I would not have any issue finding a resource to your issue. Below I have provided you with troubleshooting steps. If this does not help your issue you may require service.

No sound from Bluetooth headphones on Galaxy phone or tablet

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864. You can also reach out to any Moderator, Facebookor Twitter.

This phone is a week old. There are many other people reporting this issue. Ive already wasted enough of my personal (and uncompensated) time on this. How about YOU reporting this issue internally and addressing the obvious instead of posting links suggesting I engage in further troubleshooting to fix something Samsung rushed to market that clearly wasn't ready. Im not traveling, clicking, being put on 20 minute holds or any of that nonsense being provided as a 'solution' to what should now be categorized as a known issue that demands immediate remediation. Remember we are all customers who have paid thousands of dollars for these products and that requires expediency.
