    <description>There could be a variety of scenarios but here are a couple suggests I searched up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Restarted you phone.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Check headphone plug jack for debris.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Check headphone jack to make sure its not broken.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Check sound output settings.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Clear USB cache in settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or it could be a update glitch or a hardware issue. If none of these work you could try showing a repair shop so they can do more thorough testing.</description>
