Subject: Feature Suggestions for Future Galaxy S Series
Dear Samsung Product Team,
I am a Samsung enthusiast writing to share several feature suggestions that I believe could significantly improve the Galaxy S series experience.
S Pen Enhancement
The S Pen should be integrated with smart home control capabilities. By combining Bluetooth connectivity with SmartThings support, users could control home appliances such as air conditioners, fans, lights, and other electronics directly through S Pen gestures — without needing to navigate the phone screen. This would make Samsung the first brand to offer truly seamless smart home control through a stylus.
New “Pro” Model Lineup
Currently the Galaxy S series offers Base, Plus, and Ultra — but there is a clear gap. Many users want Ultra level features in a compact Base sized body. A “Galaxy S Pro” model filling this gap would capture an entirely new customer segment.
3D Face Unlock
With under display sensor technology now maturing, Samsung should implement a proper 3D facial recognition system similar to competitors — ideally housed completely under the display for a cleaner design.
Dedicated Customizable Button
A fully customizable action button similar to what competitors offer would be a welcome addition, giving power users quick access to their most used features.
Improved Reverse Wireless Charging
The current reverse wireless charging speed is insufficient for practical use. Upgrading it to at least 15W would make charging Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch genuinely fast and convenient.
More Variety
Samsung should offer more color options and storage configurations across all models. As a company that manufactures its own memory chips, there is no reason to limit customers to only a few storage options.
I believe these additions would help Samsung maintain its position as the most trusted and innovative smartphone brand globally.
