Turn off "Battery Charged" notification

I have an S26 and every time it's plugged in and gets to be fully charged I get a "Battery Charged" notification. I don't want or need this notification, but I can't find any way to turn it off. Can anyone help me?

Settings > Battery > Charging settings > Turn off show charging information

I've already checked that and turned it off weeks ago and it's still off and the charge notification still comes so that is not the setting for this particular notification

The "Battery Charged" notification is System UI level notification and cannot be disabled.

It won't show if unplugged from the charger.

Once the battery is charged and you remove it from the charger, the notification disappears. No need to dismiss it.

Unfortunately that's not my use case. I use the phone while still plugged in for at least 30-60 min before unplugging it so it doesn't kill the battery. Guess they didn't think about users like me

I think most people like to know when the battery is fully charged, especially if they are not holding it in their hand, so they can unplug it and be on their way. You don't have to immediately dismiss the notification, you will still get new notifications.

It's worth noting that this was not an issue with my S24, it only started with my S26 so it's by no means necessary and in fact adds zero value to me.

If the phone is fully charged and you are using the phone while its full and still plugged in... you are damaging the battery. Once it gets full to 100 or 80% whatever take it off the charger and go on with life until you have to charge again. Being that you have the s26 your battery should be fine for a while
