      <description>&lt;P&gt;Restart didn't help me. Same issue. Says S pen is "Removed" after restart. Going to try a soft reset "Power + Volume down" for 15-20secs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any other fixes/thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can confirm soft reset did nothing. Less than 1 week old and the pen is dead. Frustrating is an understatment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Is there any possibility that your phone was wet? My phone got wet but after about a day of leaving the s pen sitting out I guess everything dried out and its working like normal again</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be that the S pen has lost its ability to receive &amp;amp; conduct\nElectric sensitivity to the phone itself which in manes making the feature work on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Best to just purchase a new one. As there not fixable I'm working on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
