S26 U DND and power save on its own

Does anyone else experiencing this? Everytime i reboot my S26 Ultra it turns on Do not disturb and power saving, I have no routine or mode activating it, in fact I deleted all routines and modes just to see if I can fix this but so far nothing

Check Bixby Routines (Most Likely Cause): Go to Settings > Modes and Routines > Routines. Check for any active routines that enable Power Saving or DND and delete or edit them,

Disable Bedtime Mode: Go to Settings > Digital Wellbeing and parental controls > Bedtime mode and turn it off,

Turn Off Adaptive Power Saving: Go to Settings > Battery > Power saving, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and turn off Adaptive power saving,

Check DND Schedule: Go to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb > Schedules and remove any scheduled times.

Sync DND with Watch: If using a Galaxy Watch, check the wearable app settings to ensure "Sync DND with phone" is not turning it on unexpectedly, suggests

Reset Settings: If the issue persists, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all setting

Thank already tried all you suggestions except reset, it's too much work since I have two Sims and work profile thank you for you suggestions though
