<SPAN>So so, I was trying to set up a ring camera or access our ring camera from my phone. I hadn't logged into this app yet and was going to set it up today. Upon resetting my password, and downloading the ring app I was finally able to get into the app. This could very well be an app itself issue, but I doubt it. So I logged So I logged in to the app about six times before it would actually log me in. Email password and verification code all correctly input but it would just snap right back to the login page instead of moving forward. Next we come to the scanning the QR code of my ring device. My phone will not recognize the QR code on the ring camera now. It did earlier, but it will not now. It won't even focus enough to make the QR code legible. Now, I'm pretty sure that the Samsung Galaxy s26 ultra is supposed to have a pretty good camera, and should be able to scan a QR code with no problem. Then I tried to exit out of the scan QR code section and upon hitting the x button many many times, it just snaps right back to the QR code scanning page again half a dozen times. Exit out of the app do not close it all the way out and then go back to the app QR code section, another half a dozen times with my screen record on I do have this on video. Which I will attempt to upload. I don't know if it's me or my phone or if I did something messed up but this thing is only a week old, like what the heck? I would definitely appreciate some assistance.</SPAN>

you're scanning it with the actual camera app you're supposed to scan it in the Ring app and the sign in is not the phone's fault
