I have samsung galaxy s26 plus when I have phone in my pocket it don't ring? I need help

Did you try resetting the notification sound for the app? Or if you use gaming hub (formally game launcher) it might be turning on gamemode which happens to mute notifications and turn on do not disturb

Open Settings-Tap Advanced settings-Scroll to the very bottom and toggle ON Manage notification categories for each app-Go back to the main Settings menu and tap Apps-find the app you want and click it-Tap Notifications-Tap Notification categories (this is the menu you just "unlocked") and find what specific one you want to change/reset

If not then go to your calling app and in the app find the ringtone setting assuming you use the samsung phone app

If it still doesn't work the mp3 or M4A file might be corrupted so try re-downloading it if it still doesn't work let me know

Turn off accidental touch protection or see if its an issue with a sensor other than that im kinda stumped it might be a bug

If the phone is face down (not in your pocket), does it also not ring? I am wondering if "Mute With Gestures" under advanced settings is on?

I am wondering, does it still ring even if you turn the phone screen down facing a table? If so, a gesture feature may be enabled.

If you go to your phone's Settings > Advanced Features > Motions and Gestures, do you see "Mute With Gestures" toggled on?
