Do you still have access to the email in question? If so, you will still get your order confirmations and can still file them away. You might just have to live with the situation.

I once bought something from an online vendor (not Samsung) through the account I had set up, but when it came to putting in the shipping info, I accidentally put in one of my other email addresses which, apparently, created a second account. When I contacted them, they informed me that they did not have the infrastructure to merge the two accounts, so now I get promotions at both email addresses, which is annoying, but not the end of the world. My delete key works fine. Now I don't even have the order history for the last order in my first account (should I ever want to check it). I blame them because when you create an account and have saved shipping and contact information, it should automatically populate the fields at checkout. The least they could do is keep the order history with the account you actually were logged into.

Are you able to enter your correct email address at checkout - it might change it.

My account is **bleep** up . Evidently I have more than 1. 3 I think. I can't talk to anybody in accounts. Everything is text and nobody understands English or can fix anything. Xfinity is the same or worse. How do I get ahold of a phone number that takes me to fix account.

If you have more than one Samsung account, pick one and use that one and let the others go dormant. If you know the user names and passwords to the other accounts, log into them, sign out all devices associated with them and close the accounts. If you don't know the usernames and passwords, let them go. Your devices will get registered to the account they are currently signed into. So, make sure your devices are all signed into the same account.

It's when I order. Samsung has emails jumbled together so when I use them they automatically link up. Like an email that's hooked to shipping on 1 account. They send emails to that account. Everything else on that account has updated phone number and email. Yet it won't let me change password that's hooked to shipping only for that account.

I was not aware that there was a separate password for shipping. Unless it's because the store uses a different account than your Samsung account. Sorry, I never purchased anything direct from Samsung, but I did create an account once a very long time ago with a corporate email for when there was a corporate discount for Samsung - I never used that account. At the time I didn't own any Samsung products, nor did I purchase anything from Samsung.

Hello ksterling1, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand how frustrating this must be for you to not being able to update your information under your account. You can update your phone number(s) under your Samsung Account: Open Settings, tap Samsung Account, tap Security and Privacy, then tap two-step verification, Sign into your account, tap Text message, tap Add, Enter your new phone number and tap send code. A verification code will be sent in a text message to your new phone number, enter the code and tap verify. To remove your old phone number, tap More Options icon from the top right corner for the text message menu and then tap Delete. Select the old phone number and then tap Delete. You can also change your number from a web browser by logging in to your Samsung Account and selecting change your phone number.

You can change your email address under your Samsung account: log into your Samsung account, a verification code will be sent to your device, enter the code and select verify, Select profile tab at the top of the screen and then select manage Samsung account, select Email ID and enter the new email address, select change.

Here is a link to some additional on Samsung Account:

http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001565/

If the account that you are having issues with is an account with your carrier then I recommend you reach out to your carrier for further assistance.
