No trade in offer on the Buds so I don't care about the buds.

No double storage option during preorder and next to no upgrades over the S25U.

Nice paper launch, please do better for your existing customers going forward.

I preordered the S26 ultra 1TB 16gb ram , traded in my S25ultra.. I also ordered the Buds4 pro. I am both excited and not excited. Samsung has seemed to abandoned the ultra line... I am less and less overjoyed to buy this phone.. I have to say I may sadly start looking elsewhere for a phone. Samsung used to pack exciting things in the (Note) Ultra line. Now they take things away... I hope I am more filled with Joy about this then I am currently expecting to be. I want more vibrant colors also.... lol.. I am tired of these muted colors they keep coming up with.

I am disappointed that they didn't offer the upgrade from 256 to 512.
Paid $700.00 by trading my S24 Ultra, as it is a better deal, since I am living out of the USA now.
Do I really need the Samsung 60W charger in order to have a faster charging time?

Extremely disappointed with the current Samsung pre-order offers:
• S26 Ultra: No free memory upgrade available for the Ultra model.
• Buds 4 Pro: No trade-in program offered for the new earbuds.
The lack of these traditional incentives makes the upgrade much less appealing.

Why did you guys overpriced the phone? I can get a brand new iPhone 17 pro for less than $1,100 bucks. The UI 7 update was terrible and was 40% of me doesn't want to use Samsung anymore, luckily samsung was able to get the other 60% of me not wanting Samsung thanks to the price.

I too have been looking for new phones. The ui 7 update ruined Samsung for me. Now they are charging an extra $300 for the terabyte version versus the iphone 17 pro terabyte version. I don't like apples so I'm definitely not going there. I also recently found out the LG and the Sony have left the smartphone game which is unfortunate. Basically I've been looking at pixels and Motorola's right now. Are there any phones that you're looking at?

Not yet... I have pondered the One+ It is a shame America has the market locked up... we need more choices. I may double down, once I get my hands on the S26 ultra and see... I am losing enthusiasm with phones anymore... no true innovation not everyone wants AI. I am also tired of them taking things away. The things they take away only saves them money in production, then making it look like it is what the consumer wants.
