Voice to Text doesn't create paragraphs

I just spent an hour on the phone trying to get this voice to text to work and it's terrible. At least I was able to get the punctuation to work and stopped inserting period when I took a breath for air new paragraph but it won't go to a new paragraph! This is progress according to Samsung BFD like something it's going to get done because I was told this is where we get feedback, what a waste of time.

It seems like my antiquated s21 had better voice to text than this garbage I wonder if this one even capitalizes names like Peter or Paul wow it does finally at least I got something out of the hour I spent with tech support today

Switch to GOOGLE voice typing!
Much better.

Try going to settings/general management/keyboards/Gboard/voice typing and toggle on "Faster voice typing". Depending on the keyboard used, like the Samsung version, go into its settings, choose voice input and then select "Google voice typing".
