S26+ doesn't support accessories features

My brand new galaxy S26+ does not have advanced features accessories, therefore I cannot use a smart view wallet phone case. Samsung tech support verified this, turned it into their chain of command (were very kind), however I am very dissatisfied with this product and want a refund if it not fixed. My old phone, galaxy note 20, had this feature and I loved it. I'm sorry I bought this new one.

I would have gone with the ultra over the +. You lose access to the s pen with the plus. Among other features.

If you still are in the return period, return it for a refund. They are not going to fix something that's not broken - those are the specs of the phone you purchased. Comparing the features of the various models before purchase is recommended. Going to a store to check them out and ask questions would be good too. It's on you that you did not make sure what you were buying had the capabilities you want. Your prior device's features have no bearing on current device features.

Return it is the best option (if the return window is still an option) if that is a needed accessory. This thread mentions the lack of availability as well...
