We just purchased 2 Samsung ultra. My husband dialed Samsung and a animated monkey popped up. I don't see it on my phone. I'd like to have that feature but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

There was an update for the dialer app yesterday. Make sure you check for updates in the Galaxy Store

Why a monkey? It doesn't suggest Samsung in any way. Unless their headquarters are in a jungle.
